1. Bachelor's (include graduate) degree or above in Business & IT related field.
2. 6+ years Sales/Marketing experience and 2+ years management experience, prefer in Contact Center or relevant industry.
3. Could deploy the business development independently, be used to face high sales pressure and challenge.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
5. American or European citizen is preferred.

1. To build up solid pipeline, and develop new business opportunities, generate hot leads to achieve revenue goal assigned in related industries.
2. To organize marketing activities of company’s products.
3. To managing internal/external resources then build up business proposal to meet customer’s requirements.
[/size]4. Collect and analyze sales & marketing information from various sources.
5. Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and partners.
6. To lead sales team members to implement, initiate sales/marketing activity, events
7. To manage, control, monitor business activities and ensure all are complying with group and local guidelines/regulation.
